Shipping: Please allow for 2 to 5 business days of processing time before shipping of orders. Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipping to the email provided during checkout. Please contact me if there is an issue with any piece immediately upon its arrival . Currently Coastal Occult is shipping domestically within the US and now to Canada - DUTIES NOT INCLUDED. 

Refunds/Returns: Please contact me if you are unhappy with your order. I will do my best to reasonably work with you. I don’t want to explicitly state I do or do not do returns or refunds just due to the fact that it will all depend on the circumstances. 

Jewelry Care: All products are handmade by me and I recommend handling them with care -especially products created with natural elements such as bone, driftwood, crystals or shell. Please handle and wear any jewelry with care. The materials used are tarnish resistant, not tarnish proof. In order to protect your jewelry from any tarnish, discoloration, or long term damage I recommend avoiding wearing it while doing any strenuous activity, crafts, chores, cleaning, or swimming. 

General Information: This shop is a one person show so please be patient with me; I will be filling orders and responding to emails as promptly as I can. I want to make your Coastal Occult experience as great as I possibly can.
